I'm a bit obsessed with Rose Tyler (Doctor Who) and Owen Harper (Torchwood). I can't help but feel that Owen is underappreciated/ misunderstood as a character and want to show the brilliance of his character on here. Rose is probably over-appreciated but that's how things go.
